Bigger and Better than Ever Before

For 20 years The Guitar Institute has been offering tuition in contemporary music and performance and its unparalleled curriculum and quality of teaching have made its name synonymous with excellence. Having previously expanded to include The Bass Institute, July 2005 saw the doors opening for both The Drum and The Vocal Institutes.

Over the years, students from across the globe have studied at The Institute and many have gone on to achieve great success and work with artists such as Jimmy Page, Robert Plant, Moby, Britney Spears, Robbie Williams, Eric Clapton, Jamiroquai and Sheryl Crow to name a few.

The teaching faculty is made up of industry professionals and their most recent acquisition is the amazing Amit Chaterjee, a prominent Indian fusion guitarist and classical sitarist/vocalist. Justin Sandercoe, one of GI's finest guitar tutors, has received a platinum disc for songs he wrote and produced for Katie Melua. And the list of achievements continues to grow!

The Institute offers a full spectrum of part-, full-time and intensive courses from beginner to degree (BMUS) level. And with small class sizes students are guaranteed individual attention.
