Following the further disappearance and unauthorised modification of tracks belonging to DJ Pete Heller, Pioneer Pro DJ have announced that they are to offer prizes in an attempt to solve the mystery of The White Island. Pioneer have offered to supply 5 sets of HDJ-1000 headphones and 5 Pioneer CDJ-400 CD decks in return for help solving individual puzzles, as well as an entire Pioneer Pro DJ system to the first person to solve the overall mystery.

"We're glad to help," said a Pioneer spokesman, "and just like everybody else, we're anxious to get to the bottom of the mystery. If the rumours are true about Ibiza being in danger, then everyone in the dance music industry has a responsibility to get involved."

The White Island: The story so far
Beginning with the disappearance of DJ Pete Tong's new remixes on Ibiza, a series of strange events have shaken the Island's dance music community. Coinciding with the disappearance of a young archaeologist, Elisabeth Perl, a number of key figures in the world of dance music including DJ Yoda and Sarah Main, and now Pete Heller, have found themselves becoming involved.

After downloading his stolen tracks from their online hosting site (they have since been removed) Pete soon discovered that they had been tampered with:

"I don't know what's going on here but for both Pete Tong and myself to have been targeted by the same source is strange beyond belief. I want to get to the bottom of this".
