Pop Album Of The Week: Katy Perry - Teenage Dream

Katy Perry is back with her new album Teenage Dream, the follow up to 2008's breakthrough release One Of The Boys. In her new guise, Perry is all about making ear-catching, unit-shifting pop with polished production. As such, on the new album cheeky innuendo, huge choruses and instant gratification are the orders of the day. On which basis, Teenage Dream is a huge success. Read the full review. Read More >>

This Week in Pop

Week ending 12-09-2010

Katy Perry makes a triumphant return this week with her new album Teenage Dream, a highly entertaining suite of 2010 pop gems. Though perhaps Katy should be watching her back? This week Sky Ferreira releases her single One, marking the arrival of a unique new talent destined for big things.

KT Tunstall returns with a new video for (Still A) Weirdo and offers a slice of laid-back guitar-pop to soothe our over-stimulated ears and minds. 3OH!3 aren't going to stand for that kind of behaviour though, as they bring their hyperactive show to the UK. Finally, we explain why auto-tune or no auto-tune, X-Factor 2010 is off to a great start.

And while all of that is going on you can get your fix of the finest in pop music with our free 20 track playlist. Sweet!
