The original kings of grime Roll Deep have returned with their storming new single Do Me Wrong ft. Janee, taken from their highly anticipated new album Return Of The Big Money Sound.

Roll Deep burst onto the commercial scene with their debut album In At The Deep End which sold over 75,000 copies. New album Return Of The Big Money Sound is set to cement the group's reputation for artistry, featuring a hectic mixture of grime, crunk, ska, electro and even some acoustic balladry

The group best known for The Avenue and Shake A Leg, their poppy 2005 hits, performed at the launch of their new album Return Of The Big Money Sound. Arriving fashionably late the group managed to get through 5 tunes, leaving some wanting more and others, racing for the exit.

The choice to perform with a live band rather then backing tracks really helped give the performance more of an edge and although it came across as though they had hardly rehearsed any of the tunes, there were some performances in particular that stood out.

The stir that was Killa P was incredible on You Know Dis but the urban nerd that was Manga stole the evening with his awesome cameo on Thunder and Lightnin suggesting he may follow in the footsteps of former Roll Deep member Dizzee Rascal and Roll Deep founder Wiley to acclaim beyond his urban roots.

The new single Do Me Wrong features the sweet vocals of Janee and has an obvious American influence; it looks as though it may give Roll Deep commercial success once again.
